Biography & Research Interest:
Completed Undergraduate training at the University of Cape Town and Neurology residency training at UBC. Fellowship training in Neuromuscular Disease/ALS was completed at VGH prior to joining the St. Paul’s Hospital Neurology group in 1993. Currently in General Neurology practice with an interest in Neuromuscular Disease and a consultant at St. Paul’s Hospital. Neurology Division Head at SPH/PHC since 2011.
Member of American Epilepsy Society (AES) and Canadian Neurological Society Federation (CNSF) and Ex-president of the Canadian Society of Clinical Neurophysiology (CCNS). He is the ex- Canadian representative for the International Federation of Clinical Neurophysiology (IFCN).
